Pleasantly surprised...

I have been happily with Tello for over a year. I can't tell a difference from their "big brother" that I was with, except for in my wallet. Amazing savings and everything works as it should.

Everything from this company has been flawless. Customer service is quick, courteous and knowledgeable to top it off! The ability for me to taylor the plan I need has been fantastic. For the price, it can't be beat.

Great deal

Great deal. I have been a Sprint customer for many years. As a result I have several old Sprint phones that can be used on Tello. When My friend's young daughter wanted a phone, I gave her my old iPhone 5, with a new Harry Potter phone case, and set it up on Tello. Since almost all of her communication is by texting, we signed her up for 100 minutes and unlimited texting for $5 mo. It works great and she and her mother are both very happy. When a friend, who lives in China, came to visit for a month. I set up an old Kyocera to use while she visited. Since I was the only one she knew here, I set it up on a pay as you go plan so she could contact me while she was here. Once my contract is up with Sprint, I may switch to Tello. Setting up the phones was easy and the cell service was great. The plans are flexible and cheap.
