Do my phone plan minutes/data roll over from one month to another?
Any unused minutes or data will be lost after 30 days, when your prepaid plan is automatically renewed. However, they roll over ONLY if you manually renew or change your plan before the end of your current billing cycle and ONLY if the new plan contains the services that you previously had. For example, the minutes & data of your current plan will roll over if the new plan has minutes & data. However, if you decide to buy data only, the minutes will not roll over.
How am I charged for Mexico, Canada or China calls if I have a prepaid plan?
If you have an active prepaid plan with talk included, we'll deduct the number of minutes used to call Mexico, Canada and China from your phone plan balance.

Well I returned to tello after a year the main reason I had suddenly bad coverage in Miami area 33125,still the says the coverage is fair but I made a try and the coverage had improved..so I hope the coverage could be consistent..the plans are great I selected the $ 14 plan unlimited everything with 1 GB data..overall the company has a great customer service,great quality voice plans with sprint hope in my area could improve and I will stay with tello,also a good thing you can bring an used sprint,boost or virgin phone but first you must check on their website if gonna work.keep going tello I feel very happy with your cell service
