Do my phone plan minutes/data roll over from one month to another?
Any unused minutes or data will be lost after 30 days, when your prepaid plan is automatically renewed. However, they roll over ONLY if you manually renew or change your plan before the end of your current billing cycle and ONLY if the new plan contains the services that you previously had. For example, the minutes & data of your current plan will roll over if the new plan has minutes & data. However, if you decide to buy data only, the minutes will not roll over.
How am I charged for Mexico, Canada or China calls if I have a prepaid plan?
If you have an active prepaid plan with talk included, we'll deduct the number of minutes used to call Mexico, Canada and China from your phone plan balance.

I've been with Tello for about a year or so now.. I don't think I will be looking for another cell service provider, ever again !! I dig the fact the Tello has real people answer the phone when you call Customer Service.. (I don't have to hear for such & such press 3, for such & such press - this is where I would hang up from frustration). That right there is enough to keep me as a Loyal Customer.... (real people ANSWER the phone at TELLO... Not Automated) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that alone...
Now let me tell you this ----> EDITH who is a substantiated Customer Service Rep who works her tail off for Tello & their Customers, striving for success.. I had several issues (some my fault, some not) that I went over with Edith.. She took the time (who was very polite, professional, and a blessing by the way) to go over each issue with me, one at time and tackling the issues head on.. She fixed every single issue that I was having, with a smile 😆 I'm sure.. I was being kinda contemptuous when I called Tello's Customer Service and Edith answered the phone.. And even with me being a little truculent with her, she kept charging forward by helping me with fixing my issues, all while killing me with kindness & professionalism..
You're the BEST EDITH !!!!

Up to this point, Tello has been an absolute joy to use. It's allowed me to slice my bill drastically, while still maintaining the reliability that I've come to expect from a service provider. The customer service is exceptional and the pricing is 100% unbeatable. Their referral program is also incredibly generous, of which I've utilized twice now!
NOTE: A user on r/Tello accused my review of being fake (perhaps because it's glowing?), but it's been my genuine experience with the service up to this point.
