I do my internet on-line with big screens. Phone is not my preferred way to interact online. Tello allows me to have a cell phone for necessary contact when I'm out. Thanks to Tello for satisfying my phone needs at the lowest price I've seen. (P.S. when I tell people my monthly cost they are very surprised.)

Tello has incredibly customizable and reasonable plans according to your usage. This is great for seniors and those on limited incomes. Their website interface is user friendly - one of the best. Broadband coverage is slightly better than I had. Customer service and support is fast with personable agents who are willing to answer any question. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered the e-sim in Australia and within 15 minutes of arriving in America I had data and the ability to send texts and make phone calls. I had used the service previously while in America and was able to not renew upon my return. The majority of my travel was around northwest Pennsylvania where coverage ranged from LTE to 4G, however, when in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas I had 5G coverage

Got started on this because of its low and transparent rates. Given it is an inexpensive network, I was surprised to find that the customer service was outstanding: easily reachable, friendly, helpful, prompt and competent. They guided me through the process of installing an eSIM and also porting my Skype number in and all worked smoothly. It also works without a hitch for Wi-Fi calling and texting while abroad. No complaints so far!

I've been using Tello's mobile phone service for a few years now. The SIM was easy to install and the service has been very reliable. International calls are included so it's easy for me to call family abroad at no extra charge. TELLO's customer service is responsive and easy to reach at any time of day or night both by email or telephone. I like that there are no hidden fees. I especially like that I can use my own phone and I'm not locked into a contract. Rates are so reasonable, that I've purchased a second SIM (a $5 data plan) for a spare phone which I use with a Google Voice number. I was initially skeptical when I saw the prices and what was included in the plan, but I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised. I regret not having discovered Tello.com earlier. I have saved a lot of money, especially while traveling. I can choose a plan that suits my needs while I am away, and then switch back when I return to the US. Although they don't offer roaming, the Wi-Fi calling and texting feature more than makes up for it. I absolutely love it!

I needed a simple plan with wifi calling while roaming for occasional calls, without costing too much. It only costs me $5 per month + taxes and the roaming wifi calls are free. I was also able to activate a new service from outside the US - something that is almost imppossible with other carriers.

Top Easy to get an extra line

I am so happy with Tello. I recommend it to everybody who is from Europe and come to the US regularly. The best is to have a phone with two Sim slots. For now in the Netherlands no carrier will accept roaming, but I am sure somebody will eventually. That's why no 5 stars.

I'm loving Tello so far and wanted to share my experience. People rarely write about their positive experiences. We have 5 lines in our family. The first 4 numbers I ported to Tello was very simple and had NO problems at all. We wanted one of our lines to be on a different carrier just in case we were in a bad t-Mobile coverage area. We chose Visible on the Verizon network. That was a huge mistake! There were NO porting issues with Visible but MANY provisioning issues. I spent 5 DAYS of constant chatting and frustration with unknowledgeable reps. (There is no number to call to speak with a human) I sugested they send me a new pSIM overnight. They said, "sure, no problem". But there was a problem. They didn't inform me it would kill the old pSim immediately and I would be without service. I then found out when the pSim didnt arrive and that it would take 5 days to arrive. How can I go 5 days with a dead phone? Hello Tello - The 5th and final number I ported from Visible to Tello had issues. It was either MY fault or possibly Visible's. Yes, I do think that it was my mistake. So I called Tello suport expecting to wait forever to get through and deal with a bunch of incompetence like Visible. I was floored the call was answered immediately and had a human on the line within a minute. ALL issues were resolved within 10 to 15 minutes. Kudo's to Customer Support: Tello has a truly amazing, technical and knowledgeable team. I think the Tello CS rep's name was Surya. He calmed me down and assured me that he could resolve my problems. He has great communication skills and listened without interrupting and understood exactly what was going on. He fixed everything immediately. Keep up the good work Tello!

Have had zero problems with service

Excellent customer service. Responded quickly online/Instagram and e-mail and by telephone. 800-number didn't work from Canada however, had to find the regular number to call Atlanta, which took some time. Fantastic ability to download eSIM direct to phone. Purchased plan and was set and up and running without trouble. Buy as much or as little as needed for whatever duration. Park the number if wanted. Very satisfied. Used the services on a roadtrip south from Michigan down to Florida and back again. Data and phone worked flawlessly.

Ordered an eSIM to be ported to google voice. The eSIM worked and was activated from the UK but didn't work for Google Voice. I sent an email to Customer Service and immediately they refunded me after cancelling the plan. I am very happy with their customer service and would recommend to anyone needing an eSIM. I intend to get a plan with them in the future, but now I really need Google Voice.

No one or anything is perfect!! You are 4.9 but you only give a choice of 4 or 5 So you left me no choice to rate you a 4 but you are closer to 5 than 4. I do wish you would rollover unused minutes and highspeed internet if I used autopay.

So this is my second month with this service. I tried the unlimited everything until I saw that I could change my plan. I’m currently using unlimited talk& 2gb data for $10. This service is amazing!!! Like I just don’t know what else to say. But, when I go to like the country areas/wooded… Calls drop sometimes. Other than that, love this service!!

Tello has the most excellent customer service! I had so much trouble trying to transfer from my old company Net10 to Tello. (NET10 was awful!!!). I had to call Tello several times and there was no wait time, they were super polite, patient and helped me every step of the way. Their website is really easy to navigate and very user friendly. I like the Tello service. The only thing I wish was different is the need to have to renew the service every 30 days in order to be able to carry over my unused data allotment.

Although to be fair no unlimited plan but the great support and easy to use interface makes up for it as well as the added free international calling to many countries for up to 1000 minutes with the Unlimited Call Minutes plans. great. You can use tello app Wi-Fi Calling when there is no signal. . and Google’s RCS SMS. This is great if I want to keep my number when I'm abroad.

I travelled to Italy without doing the setup for Wifi Calling and Text. Was desperate as I needed to communicate home and receive text messages. Did not expect that I will get any significant help from Help Desk as that was the case with other service provider. I was lead by Shaun step by step to configure my mobile for the service and have it fixed. I am impressed and you guys showed me you know the stuff. Fantastic job!!! I am impressed.

For now the service is great. Is easy to configure a plan and to activate a sim or an esiim. The website is clear. To Transfer our number from our previous carriers don't take more than 5 minutes each one.

I spent a long time shopping around and tried a few different companies. Tello is affordable, easy to set up and manage. I love that I can finally have data without my wallet being sucked dry. Was with Tracfone 9 years! I've been with Tello about 3 months and Tello is better in every way. The interface on the phone is miles ahead, it took about 2 min to show the upgrade when I changed my service plan from a lower tier to a level up, ( a 1-2 day process with TF) I cried when I realized I wasted years with an inferior provider, and paid them for it! Seriously, Tello is much better.

My phone broke. I ordered a new one and it was so easy. There were even directions for what to do if you were replacing an existing phone or getting a new line.

SIM card installation. I wanted some guidance on installing the SIM card. I quickly reached customer support, and received just the help I needed. This is consistent with my other experiences with TELLO.

I wanted to buy the second plan and I didn’t found the PIN ( 4 digits) for my accont. If I tried to reset the PIN, the PIN would be sent to phone number provided in USA, but I will be in USA next week.
