Great company with best prices and service

I just signed up with Tello a few days ago. I searched for a new phone company that would not cost me an arm and a leg. I am already extremely extremely impressed. I opened up an account around 3:45am at night and was able to get a live representative right away. I couldn't believe it. The techs are very professional and knowledgeable. I had major issues getting my new phone programmed... they were very patient walking me through. As far the pricing goes...it is unbelievably inexpensive. I am so happy l found this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is mixed as I love the company But…

This is mixed as I love the company But this time when I renewed everything disappeared and I lost what I had and what I paid. Hoping it gets corrected but they need to do some work on the system, this seems to be a bug vs the way they normally work. Normally they would get 5 stars from me other than this bug, so this is a 1 star event for me.

Call support to reset a phone number to a new device

Had to call the 1-800 number to reset my cellphone to another device, and the Support team guided me through the steps to complete this with no issues.
