Great Tello Customer Service!

Customer service rep was very patient and courteous in helping me set up my account and assisting me to have my phone number ported in from another carrier. Also, unlike other carriers' customer-service phone centers, you don't have to go through endless prompts to get to the "right person" for assistance, to only be put on-hold. Your phone call gets answered by a rep immediately on Tello without having to wait, and the rep is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to boot! GREAT customer service!!

Tello Representatives are Exemplary!

Have called Tello support 4 or 5 times in 2024. In each of the calls, the Tello representative addressed my questions and concerns in a polite professional manner. This is an oddity in this era. The Tello reps were able to answer questions accurately without ever putting the call on hold. I don't know who is managing the training of the reps, but they are doing a great job.
