I am new to Tello. I'm so pleased with their customer service.

Customer service is outstanding -- no menus to navigate on the phone -- you get connected to a human within half a minute. The representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. By far the best feature I like about Tello is the ability to customize plans to suit individual needs -- something you don't find with other cellular service providers. Plans are very affordable and one can switch plans at anytime. Their website is well-designed with a very informative help section and so is their mobile app. Another bonus is free calls to 60 countries. The network is decent -- I've had no issues so far. Among all the MVNOs, Tello easily stands head and shoulders above the rest for their economical and flexible plans, great customer service and reliable network. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Tello to family and friends.

I am about to start using this wonderful service. Compared to other US based phone services this one is much better if we talk about prices and all other features. It's a shame that many people are not informed about this magnificent company. Let's imagine just for 5$ monthly you may use your service without any contract, or if you want US unlimited calls there is another 8$ plan. If you are in the US and you need data, the most expensive plan is 25$ per month. With these plans you are able to call 60 other countries for free and if your country is not listed you may purchase pay as you go credit. For all of those who are trying to port their numbers the process is pretty easy. It may take some 5 business days. Also if you are outside of US but you still want to use US phone number, you may use this service together with your local phone provider cause this company is offering ESim. Finally, I need to emphasize an excellent experience with their perfect customer service. If everything else isn't good their customer service is the best compared to others. Agent Mihail Vass was so friendly, professional and kind that I can only recommend it to all normal people of good will. His readiness to help, knowledge and intelligence may only make you speechless. Strongly recommended to everybody.

Just got connected today with Tello mobile service and it's already been a great experience and a HUGE relief after suffering under the price-gouging, Xfinity/Comcast crooks and the difficulty in reaching an agent. I had trouble with my Tello phone service today after the port-in was successful. I wasn't able to make phone calls, but texting worked. I called the Tello customer service and actually got a live, human on the phone in less than one minute. The technical specialist I spoke with, walked me through the process of getting a new eSIM. She knew exactly how to instruct me every step of the way. I was able to make phone calls within five minutes after working with her. I cannot express the joy and glee that I feel now that I have switched to Tello. $14 a month compared to $80 a month with Xfinity/Comcast. This is beyond a great bargain! Thank you Tello and your awesome technical support!🥳

The agent named Dana helped solve issues with connectivity to Galaxy watch. I searched everywhere online to fix the connectivity issue on galaxy watch for stand alone number. Dana helped me with the steps and solved my issue. She was very patient and explained me in detail on the steps to follow. Tello service is great and yet the charges are customer friendly.

Well I was hesitant and skeptical about how good the service was going to be. That has been excellent. So far. I found less dead zones that I have at Verizon and usually have more bars and then either Verizon or AT&t in my area. This has been a great experience so far and I continue to enjoy the savings off the astronomical bills that the other carriers charge. I do not know just how long this is going to be but I am enjoying it for now. Very pleased. Excellent five star. Setup was very easy to the point.

I have spoken with different reps at Tello and they have all been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The last rep Dana Nia was very helpful in explaining what was going on with the phone I was trying to activate. I have three family under my account with Tello and don't have any problems. We have very good service and low rates. The best part is creating your own personal plan.

Tello has been super easy to configure and provided good coverage in the US. Now I use the international option with WiFi calling; it works very well in a dual-sim configuration. Very satisfied.

I am roaming in South Korea and have had problems connecting to mobile data, meaning I couldn't receive MMS's or connect to the internet at all. After trying to troubleshoot with forum discussion suggestions, I sent an email to Tello's customer service. Over the course of solving the problem, I was contacted by 3 different representatives who each provided key information on solving my problem: Alejandro, Samuel, and Mihail. Key information provided like roaming Tello APN settings and manually choosing a network were essential in confirming my roaming status and resolving my issue. Replies and troubleshooting messages were detailed and swift. I've had a great experience with Tello's customer support (and especially with Alejandro and Mihail) and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again if I have another concern. They are awesome!

Cheap and best plans for lower income families

I am pleased with Tello. I have 3 lines in my family and highly recommend one and all.

The agent I spoke with Maurice was exceptional. Tello was extremely easy to port into, the whole process took maybe 10 minutes. My husband also signed up and soon we will be adding a pay as you go line for our tween girl. It's been about a week since we started service with Tello and no disappointments! No streaming lags and the phone app very easy to install and use.

So far, I’m very impressed with Tello. It has been a good experience. Had a little difficulty setting up my phone, but the customer service representative helped walk me through it and made it such an easy process. I’m so grateful and so far happy with my decision to switch over. I’m even more impressed with how fast I was able to access someone through customer support. That’s pretty unusual these days.

I switched to Tello about a week ago, and so far so good! Their customer service seems responsive and that's helpful. The porting process went smoothly as well! I will add my wife's phone as soon as we get the SIM card. I'm looking forward to saving $$!!!

Having been a Trucker and traveling all over the states, a phone that works everywhere is a necessity, and it does that at about one half the cost of other phones. I've used Tello for so long I don't remember when I started, other than years ago. Whenever I'm asked for a phone recommendation I don't hesitate to recommend Tello, Confidence in your phone and a few extra bucks in your pocket makes for "Good Medicine".

Purchased $20 worth of additional data for my wife’s phone. The transaction was easy and the data was immediately available. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I previously bought $20 “pay as you go” for my phone because I was traveling to Canada and wanted to use my phone. I did, using exactly $1.15 for international roaming, leaving an unused balance of $18.95. I could not use that money to buy data for my wife and I doubt I will be traveling internationally again. I cannot apply the $18.95 to my monthly charge so I guess I will just have to kiss that money goodbye. It’s a bit of a shame.

I accomplished my goals. this was much better than Mint Mobile. My goal was to change from Mint to Tello because the service at Mint was so Poor

I love this provider! The service is much better than Verizon, which we paid outrageous fees for. Sure, sometimes there are a few seconds or minutes where you don't get service, but that happens a lot with the big carriers too! The price is amazing! I never run out of data. The company has been professional to work with. Always easy to reach and helpful to resolve out problems, which I haven't had any, just setting up the plan.

Personalized plans are very good and useful for those who don't want to stay longer in the US. Thanks for that. Coverage still need improvement. Specifically when in underground parking lot. Also, a lot of spam calls.

The price is affordable and the service works. When I returned to the US I was able to get phone service quickly and easily. The main thing that would make it better is if I could choose from a selection of numbers rather than receiving one randomly. Other than that, I like the service a lot.

Kate was my rep, and she helped me. solve my problem. She was very patient with me, even though I was sometimes a little slow doing what she suggested. A great rep, and in my opinion, I think she deserves a raise!!!!!! She solved my problem for me, and the phone works perfectly now.

I rarely use my digital phone but need it on occasion. Tello's flexible rates allow you to chose a low monthly rate when all you need is to have a phone on hand.

I've gone through my share of carriers, you not only are the easiest carrier to hook up to unlike some of the others your program is up-to-date believe it or not it took me 3 weeks with another carrier to get going because they wouldn't even allow me on the website and not only that when they did let me in it refused to let me do anything with it, you on the other hand walk me right through every step of the way and at a decent price thank you so much for your service

Phone calls are clear and text messaging is great. If there is any problem tech support is only a phone call away and they are very willing to help.

Very reasonable and reliable

I switched about one month ago and I've had no issues. I asume Verizon has so much overhead they charge a small fortune. I dont need unlimited data since I'm not watching videos and all the other stuuf some people do.

The price is very important for us retired people when the service is identical -- and it is!!!
