Adriana was not the usual customer service rep. She is patient, calm, and willing to listen to help, a combination of qualities that seldom appears among customer reps. She is excellent. I'd recommend her for a management-level position. The company will not regret it because I have many years of senior management experience.

I joined Tello Mobile late last year (2024) and I have no regrets. I actually had Mint Mobile for several years before I made the switch. Mint mobile was great, but after doing some research, I discovered that Tello mobile also runs on T-Mobile network and is cheaper over the course of 1 year compared to Mint. (Mint Mobile Unlimited Plan $360 + taxes/fees/ Tello Mobile Unlimited Plan $300 + taxes /fees) The Tello mobile app is simple, but still works great. I have no connectivity issues in the 92083 zip code area. If you have excellent T-Mobile coverage where you live, work and play, and you don't need truly unlimited data (Tello caps @ 35 mb fast speeds and then slows down for the remainder of your 30 day plan). Tello is also great for seniors or young adults or students who always have wi-fi available to them as they wouldn't need to purchase large amounts of data. Keep in mind that you must be at least a little tech saavy to be able to check your APN settings as to make sure your connected to the network and your messages and calls and data are working. Once over that hurdle, everything works just fine. I now have 2 lines on Tello and share my experience when anyone asks what service i'm using. Great job, Tello! I'm happy to be on board. Perhaps someday we can have access to add an Apple Watch to the service.

He was great. Went above and beyond. 120% Good luck getting to an agent. That’s the hard part. Also don’t get a new number with Tello. It comes with 10 hourly scam calls if not more.

The service is great!! Prices very good, you can easily adjust to your needs and never had any problems. Just perfect for me...

Because I have not used it much, I feel that a review at this time will not be accurate. So far, reception on calls is adequate, not great, but it gets by. Especially for the price. Give me another two months for a more accurate review then.

Last couple days I've been trying to Port in my 97-year-old mother 's number from Xfinity. Two times I've tried it. They said that Xfinity gave me the wrong number but it came from their QR code so I don't know how that could be. But you guys always give me the best service ever, especially compared to Xfinity which you can't ever get on the phone. I get connected in a couple of minutes and I get direct answers not runarounds. I'm so satisfied. I've got my whole family over the last few years. Converting and thanks for all you do!

Tello is very good, only one thing would make it better, since Tello use t mobile towers, I would love for the to add Dominican Republic to their list of countries providing service. I wouldn't have to always change my service when I go there.

Saving money. Great interface, no hassles. Easy to convert. Needs to ad 5G home wifi option otherwise perfect.

My experience with Tello has been great from day one! I've been with them now for more than a year, and have never had any issues. Whenever I've needed any help with my account, making changes and such, the customer support team has always been helpful and easy to contact. Overall, great support, great product and great prices.

Device is great shipping however was not worth the expedited twoc day but luckily customer service was very responsive and refunded me the extra I paid for fast shipping.

Why would anyone NOT use Tello? The cell service is as good as any other cell service, but at 1/3 or 1/4 the cost. The customer service is exponentially better than other companies I've used.

Tello offers affordable cellular service in the United States that runs over the TMobile network. You have options as to how much voice and data service you purchase on an automatic renewable monthly basis. They offer eSIMs if you like, and their service runs fine over WIFIs with WIFI Calling. This is very valuable when cruising on ships. If you need more voice or data, you can manually renew it at the same rate, or change your plan to automatically renew a larger (or lesser) amount of voice and/or data.

Great price for quality wireless and data service. Their app is easy to use in order to add more minutes and data.

Was unable to change plan...kept getting message 'another form has been submitted for this site try later... Other than this one time glitch, everything has been perfect. UPDATE: Just to be clear, this was a one time problem. Tello has provided flawless service for me and my wife for years and is the best deal out there.

so easy to deal with on line and if you need you can call and talk to someone really great so easy to save money and you can change so easy online if you want different minutes, data, etc. just log in and it is so clear what to do only thing to watch for is do your changes right before your billing date and they tell you that right there so you are not charged again untill that date easy

Great inexpensive solution for Seniors. I highly recommend this telephone service provider. I pay $14 per month for unlimited minutes and text and 6 GB of data. per month.

I had a disappointing experience with my previous operator’s customer service—they were extremely unresponsive. Neither their customer support phone number nor their chatbot was helpful. However, the Tello customer care representative came to my rescue. I needed to port out from my previous operator while ensuring I could keep my existing number, and the executive guided me through the entire process seamlessly. The professionalism, empathy, and personal touch they demonstrated reflect Tello’s commitment to both new and existing customers. A special thanks to the executive (I regret forgetting her name) for making this a smooth and positive experience!

I have only ever had excellent experiences with Tello and my most recent visit to the website was no exception. One thing which I really like about Tello is that it is possible for me to change my program to fit my current needs. I have not found another cell phone provider which does this as Tello does. In all honesty, I have to admit that I haven't bothered to look since I started using Tello because I am so happy with Tello! I very warmly recommend Tello!

My previous carrier (Hello Mobile) unexpectedly went out of business. I was faced with almost losing my number that I've had for 30 years. The Tello team worked hard to get my previous number ported to Tello Mobile. I I will be a Tello Mobile customer for as long as they're in business. I get 5 bars on my phone. I reached out because there was a glitch or something and my card payment didn't go through and I didn't know till it auto renewed and I lost my data I saved but Dana was amazing!! She found my account and immediately helped me get it all back and I am so thankful, this is the service I pay for and love! Thanks Dana!!
