Liliana was very pleasant, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She was very understanding of what I needed explained everything to me and guided me through the process that I needed to go through to get my plan taken care of. During the process she never rushed me or showed any kind of impatience. I more than appreciated the time, the effort and her knowledge in helping me out. Tello is the most affordable and versatile network. The tello website is also great, I always find an answer whenever I have a question in my mind. They made it super easy for the customers, I believe no other network platform is as user friendly as Tello. We love Tello, never forget the customer Tello.
