Tello has great customer service! They answer the phone immediately, work on the issue, are mindful of not leaving you on hold for long, and follow up when they say they will. The pricing is great and they upgrade your plan for free without having to ask. I had a problem with my service and spoke to customer service many times to fix it and everyone I spoke with was both knowledgeable and kind.
I do hope they fix their platform so you can have multiple accounts under the same email. That would be helpful for a family wanting many phones under Tello.

Brilliant customer service - really unmatched so far. Support is available almost immediately (virtually no wait times so far in my experience).
My only requests to them would be
1. to provide some way to save money for high data users like myself - I end up renewing my max data volume (10 Gb) about 3 times a month so far. Could you please provide some volume discounts for me/such cases like mine?
2. I just noticed you have a 30% off coupon (30new) for new customers. I was not able to use it when I was signing up. Could I ask you nicely to let the recent customers enjoy the same savings as the newest ones? Would be only fair I think.

This has been an excellent find for an option for my son's first phone. Great pricing and service. And most of all, unlike some big Cable companies, not only do they not raise your monthly plan, they will decrease it while adding additional capacity to your plan!
