Great product and great service
I don't use my cell phone for much except receiving a call or text once in a while. The quality of the voice calls are very clear, sometimes I can hear a echo but it usually clears up in a few seconds. Since i don't use my phone much the price is great, but even if I used my phone more, I would still be paying way less than the big carriers. This company is great for me and my wife.

Best price anywhere
Best price anywhere, and uses the decent Sprint network. On the downside, LTE reception near New York City is spotty. Actually, I only got 1.5mbps on LTE in the best conditions. May as well switch to 3G for better reception.
Data speed isn't fast enough to watch twitch or any other live streaming, but it's great for important stuff like text, phone calls, email, and browsing the web. And if you have a monthly data plan and run out, you still get 64kbps, which is plenty enough to buy more data or send emails/messages.
Also, customer support is very good. Polar opposite of Tracfone.

Good for people who don't call much.
Cheap and easy to afford for people who don't spend a lot of time on their phones, but service is rarely gets over two or three bars, phone choices are somewhat limited, and calls sometimes have skips.
Update: After getting a new phone and testing some things, part of my problem seems to be simply caused by living in an area with lower service. Call quality seem to vary slightly based on where I am, but for the most part, it's fine. While choices for new phone models are still somewhat limited, it shouldn't really be a major problem for most people.
