I am travelling out of USA and use VPN for Wi-Fi calling, I had some trouble with my iPhone 14 pro max, I tried everything but could not connect to Wi-Fi calling and I was loosing business for this, When I contacted Tello, I spoke to Tello agent named Paul Boariu, He only took a few minutes and resolved my issue, which i was battling for hours. Easy to Port Out, Even For Departing Customers
One thing that I really appreciated about Tello was how easy it was to port out. I ended up on Tello by a fluke, I was very happy with my old provider, but had some account problems and had to switch out on short notice. So, getting Tello in the first place? Pretty standard, pretty professional. And then, the texting and calling were great, and the price is cheaper, so I stayed on it for several months. (I think like 7 or 8 months.) The data coverage is not great where I live (Utah, Salt Lake and Provo areas), hence only 4 stars, and hence I eventually decided to switch pack to my old provider. When I initially tried to port out of my old provider to Tello (7 months ago), it was a nightmare. They wouldn't give me my account numbers. So, I was dreading porting out of Tello. And when I did it? Very easy. All online in my account, and it took me about 5 minutes to get the numbers. All in all, Tello is excellent for the price, and I've been very pleased.
