I previously gave this company a1 star rating, however, I have since been in contact with an extremely polite and patient call centre representative named Andy Andy talked me through step by step instructions, which although very involved, eventually resolved all my issues. I use the company frequently for travelling to the US and have always found them to be extremely professional and their call centre staff are first class.

Got Tello Service to plan for an International trip. Got a used DUAL SIM phone to bea able to use TELLO and the local country's phone service ON THE SAME PHONE. TELLO works,BUT YOU have to know-how the settings work. TELLO Customer Service via PHONE was excellent!!! 5- STARS It is VERY HARD to get the direct answers needed by JUST using the online FAQs. I hate FAQs. They don't allow you to ask about something NOT mentioned in FAQ. On phone, representative was SO HELPFUL, PATIENT & kind. Spoke clear ENGLISH AND was articulate. He was great!!! 20-STARS!!!!!!!!!! I just did my PAY2GO & activated International Roaming as the rep suggested. Will test the feature later today. Thanks TELLO

Excellent signal service and your saving money !!

Excellent signal service area but you pay less a month. From opening my account to getting my Sim delivered to my home and setting up my phone was just way too easy. I have yet to experience any issue with my service. What I did notice was all the money I was saving monthly. Thank you Tello
