I waited to write a review, as my first one and two month reviews might have been anti-Verizon based reactions. As a customer of Tello for six months I am happy to report that my reception is excellent, I have experienced fewer dropped calls, and my bill is almost one-third of my Verizon bill. Tello’s customer service people are good at getting back to you. It’s not immediate, but with Verizon’s wait time, they were not too immediate either. Good job Tello.Michael

This Tello personnel was absolutely amazing in assisting me! (I can't remember but I believe his name was Thay) No complaints whatsoever. He went out of his way to stay on the phone with me until everything was resolved. He did an outstanding job in helping me even when I couldn't log on to my account because I forgot my password. Extremely patient and kind. Waited for me to call my parents and was on the line with me even when I got confused. Would definitely seek his help again!david golan
