The service agent was very helpful and solved not only my problem but she also helped my wife who I had convinced to switch to tello. She was having trouble with her eSIM and the agent walked her through the process . Again, her patience and expertise needs to be rewarded.

Great Experience So Far

I've been with Tello for several months now and am very happy with my 300 minutes/no data. My flip phone for Tello is my backup phone, and I have another identical phone with another stripped-down plan, another network. I finally feel like I have plans that work well for me. I have not had to use Tello customer service, because all is going well. I found their website easy to use when I was setting up the phone and am impressed with the level of detail you can choose to read (or not). The website is set up like a manual with links that you can look at or bypass if you don't need them. It's nice to read here that CS representatives are helpful. The phone connection is great in my area, so I am happy.
