despite just using the service completely through a website all the things i need to use to manage my plans are just there and just work. Great self service. Price is really good too.

The CSR, Diana, was very patient with me despite me having trouble logging in to my account and graciously talked me thru the whole process. I highly recommend TELLO to anyone needing cell phone service.

I am an old man with a vision problem

I am an old man with a vision problem. My wife is in the hospital all alone...and my cell (tello) was out of minutes. I had no idea what to do. She needs to talk to me when i get home from my late visits driving in the dark which means I can drive but rather slowly and very carefully. I am able but the small print and my lack of new technology is hard for me. Maurice is God sent! He walked me through the process when i found the site for Tello to add a newer program with minutes I will need for car breakdowns and more importantly to be able to keep contact with my wife which is in a bad way. I am in tears that Maurice was so patient to with my " clock here and click there on the site computer screen and update your visa card and click there". He saved the day...and it took a long time for us to see "success" on the site. You need to keep this fellow...he knows his way and is good with people....somewhat hard to find now a days. I am telling every nurse and doctor today that I see today....that Tello is great and Maurice is the man! Thank you, Walter Calgaro
