Where's the Keyboard?

New Tello customer here. I received my new phone and got it up and running. I went from a flip phone to a smart phone. I was beating my head against the wall trying to figure out why I couldn't get the keyboard to work. I spoke with Edith in customer service. She went out of her way to figure out what was wrong. She really put forth a lot of effort to help me. My new phone is now up and running thanks to Edith. I've only been with Tello for about a week or so but so far I'm pretty happy! Keep up the good work.

I find this service perfect for my needs

I find this service perfect for my needs. I can always upgrade to more data if I need it as soon as I need it . But for my normal uses monthly it's perfect When I switched phones they were very helpful and patient as I worked through what to do for the migration. My son in law had set up my original account with them and they moved for his job so he wasn't around to do it for me this time.
