Was looking for a phone plan that was less then I was paying on a big carrier. Found Tello at a great price with a lot of extras. When I had a problem with not being able to send or receive text messages on my old phone they did not try and sell me a different phone as I expected. They seemed to be genuinely concerned and went right to work making changes on their system to allow me to send and receive texts. All in all very happy with this company

Also, while I appreciate my Tello service & monthly cost, I am really impressed with your 24/7 live Customer Support! While your pricing was attractive, getting ready answers to my questions is what made me choose Tello in the first place
