I’m on automatic payment withdrawal & this month my phone would not work for a few days because I kept getting messages to pay when it should have been automatically paid. Finally got straightened out, but what about next month??? I do not want to loose phone service when someone forgets to see payment is automated. Thank you, Diane Kave

Tello is very good and I have had no issues connecting while I travel. Only issue is it would be good if they advised you when a payment is due. Otherwise really like the service.

I purchased the plan with a 20 gb data limit because me and my wife have never used even close to that amount. Everything else is unlimited. The cost including taxes is $ 45 per month for BOTH of us. The transfer from my former carrier T-mobil was relatively easy once they knew that I was pretty p.... of about them. The Tello plan is actually better since I can call to Germany at no charge at all. Everything else workes beautifully, and my wife actually forgot that we had changed carriers since we also kept our old numbers. Currently we are extremely happy to have switched to Tello.
