Tello teaves MINT behind in customer service

Ulike Mint, I was able to speak with someone who was highly skilled and knowledgable and committed to resolving my problem. I have both Mint and Tello services on different lines and this contrasts so greatly over the terrible customer service being provided by Mint. It seems that after Xfinity acquired MINT, its customer service can no longer be relied upon.

Tello is amazing

Tello is amazing, that is all. I use Tello as my US number when abroad on a basic plan, and the upgrade it when travelling in the US and now Europe. I love how straightforward the product and services are. I forgot that the internet and commerce could be so easy to use.

Prone to spam

Edit (2 stars before): Tello replied to this really fast and refunded the money for this plan. Thank you for this uncomplicated customer service. The plans are cheap and flexible, which is nice. However, you need a US phone number already to get... a US phone number? That makes no sense. Minutes after getting my number, I was bombed with spam messages, which made me cancel my plan immediately, unfortunately. If I could, I would want my money back...
