I just got a new unlocked phone, and the set up was, overall, super easy, IMEI number, plan selection, Tello cancelled my previous phone's plan. I didn't have to ask for anything... I am so happy I found Tello a few years ago... Great plan prices, the Service. Other carriers would charge extra for some of what Tello offers, but not Tello. They just show up and deliver what they promise.
