My experience with Tello was absolutely terrific because of the exceptional customer service I received from Franco. Being in my 80's, technology is very much a challenge. I need a relaxed, patient voice on the other end to walk me thru the maze of windows required. Franco was everything and more. He was so patient. calm, and savvy. Big bang with a small price!

I’ve been with large cellular companies all my life and with my recent decision to travel and after reviewing international calling plans I decided to roll the dice and try Tello. I have been very pleased with the coverage and especially the very reasonably priced offered plans. I have reached out to customer service and response was fast and informative.
