Tello's customer service is truly the VERY BEST I have experienced. They are available 24/7 and are extremely patient and willing to go the "extra mile" to make sure you are pleased. Very well trained and extremely professional. Phone service is good and texting is seamless. I would recommend Tello to anyone who wants a GREAT price in their cellular service. I even bought a reconditioned phone from them and it is really nice.

Customer service and price is awesome!!! However, I would be wary about buying their phones. I was sent a non-working phone that first needed a battery so they sent me a battery. Then the 9 and # key would not work so I sent the phone back for a refund. I was only given a partial refund because of "wear and tear" even though I had not even been able to use the phone. I contacted customer service and they straightened everything out. I ordered a phone off Ebay and was able to get it connected that evening.

Customer service is fabulous. For that alone, your experience with Tello will be better than the other phone services.
I bought a reconditioned phone from Tello and it has been flawless.
I have their lowest phone plan without data and for my iPad I have a data only plan.
I think the price point for the data-only is too high. The lowest plan was too small, and the next one up was more than I need and more than I want to pay.
I also have a phone with a Virgin Mobile plan. I am not convinced that the signal coverage or data speed of Tello is the same or good enough for me to switch that phone to Tello..maybe this year.
