Ditched AT&T after 30 years

After 30 years with AT&T I had some trepidation about switching. Porting 4 lines was simple. The first one took 15-30 minutes the last one was nearly instant (<1). We noticed the increase in speed immediately. T-mobile (what tello uses) is substantially faster. I’ve never seen 300MBs+ on AT&T, the first speed test on Tello was 1.1GB download. Crazy!! Ultimately we changed because we live in Europe most of the time and a legacy carrier like AT&T didn’t make sense. We will know how it operates better overseas in a week but the USA experience is fantastic

I only use the phone to call and text-it's low priced

I only use the phone to call and text and Tello is priced low enough. I don't have to pay for things I don't use. Just stop raising up the price.

It’s been about 3months since I opened…

It’s been about 3months since I opened an account to test Tello and see what the hype was all about. So far to say I’ve been impressed is an understatement. They have not only proved everything on their website true, but they’ve actually exceeded it. I just transferred my main cellphone line and kept the other one as a backup. These days I can’t remember any company delivering on promises. Tello has just done that and more. I intend to tell everyone i know about it. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that their on the phone customer service is not at times easy to get through.
