I am customer 803-467-7451 Fabio the first customer service agent did a great job while trying to assess the problem with the newtwork. He knew exactly what was wrong with the network in relation to the phone and gave me the right steps to follow and make the newtwork Tello show up on my phone again.Most importantly, because I was waiting for a phone call interview. Can you understand how frustrated must be for someone to have a phone interview and your phone and provider that has never gave you any issues before, now the day of your interview your phone is not working? Can anyone understand that? So, I can only praise Fabio your agent for saving the day but, for knowing exactly what the problem with network was and not my phone. Thank you Fabio and keep up with the amazing knowledge and for your great customer service.

I have had a very good experience with Tello so far. The service is easy to set up, t... I have had a very good experience with Tello so far. The service is easy to set up, the plans are flexible, and the pricing is very affordable. I especially like being able to keep my US phone number while traveling between the US and China. Wi-Fi Calling works well for me in China, and the mobile service works smoothly when I return to the US. Overall, Tello is a convenient, cost-effective, and practical choice. I would definitely recommend it. One area for improvement would be more reliable cellular roaming in China.
