Affordable with availability to call everywhere.

This company had an affordable plan as a secondary phone for me to use for back up. It's only 10 dollars. I keep it in my car glove compartment.. I use it to call friend in spain. It does take a long time to connect but it still works well. Like the idea of free roaming now in Europe. Smart!!
