My experience with Tello was absolutely terrific because of the exceptional customer service I received from Franco. Being in my 80's, technology is very much a challenge. I need a relaxed, patient voice on the other end to walk me thru the maze of windows required. Franco was everything and more. He was so patient. calm, and savvy. I won't go into the actual details but let's just say I left alot more happier than when I came in and to be able to say that my sole issue wasn't against tello and would have stayed if I hadn't canceled before calling you all back looking forward to coming back had great laughter and a warm welcome with the problem being solved and left with a smile

I’ve been with Tello for many years. As someone who is not constantly on their phone, I appreciate the custom plan options at very reasonable prices. On the rare times that I have needed customer service, they were very helpful.
