good customer service

Initially having some issues, I was ready to cancel but lucky for me Jorge Rivert at tello answered my call. He patiently helped me get my service back to working. He took the time to listen, giving me options, without any pressure, just truly there to help. A company that has a person on the other end and is still affordable isnt easy to find anymore. It was a bit tricky to navigate how to contact customer service but Im so grateful I got Jorge. He was helpful, professional, informative, and kind. Tello offers very competitive pricing with nice customer service on top. I plan to stay:)

From the USER perspective

From the USER perspective, I get the same service as people paying 5 times as much. Service is not compromised. Billing is handled professionally and correctly. This is one of the few remaining "good guy" companies left on the planet.

Outstanding support

I purchased a new Samsung cell phone for my father in law who is in a nursing home. I was completely unfamiliar with the Android operating system and called Tello support for assistance setting up the new phone. I was fortunate to have Camila answer my call, as she was extremely helpful, patient, and personable. I couldn’t have asked for better help with my many questions about Google, Samsung, and Tello.
