Hi, I am still new to Tello and had a problem. I am sure I did the wrong thing, and then was blocked. After going through the help screens, I called Custom Service. I was surprised to quickly get to a person and was walked through the various steps to sort out my problem. The service staff solved the problem on the first walk through! I am very happy with the support.

I purchased the plan with a 20 gb data…

I purchased the plan with a 20 gb data limit because me and my wife have never used even close to that amount. Everything else is unlimited. The cost including taxes is $ 45 per month for BOTH of us. The transfer from my former carrier T-mobil was relatively easy once they knew that I was pretty p.... of about them. The Tello plan is actually better since I can call to Germany at no charge at all. Everything else workes beautifully, and my wife actually forgot that we had changed carriers since we also kept our old numbers. Currently we are extremely happy to have switched to Tello.
