I lucked out, both times I called Tello and Julia answered. The first time was to answer all my questions about starting a family plan, where she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When i messed up the eSIM activation on one of my lines I called and Julia answered again, and resolved my issue in minutes. Super helpful, and I am super grateful

The service is good - is wide spread and easy to access..... and every time I've needed help, a *real person* answers the phone - and works hard to see that the help is given. This is the best tool ever for me to make international calls with significant savings! I would give my thumbs up to Tello's prompt services and clear connections!
