Darrel was totally amazing! He helped me get a second line setup while being very pa... Darrel was totally amazing! He helped me get a second line setup while being very patient and extremely efficient about ensuring that i comfortably understood how all of Tello’s amazing festures worked to suit my personsl needs! The BEST thing of all is that Tello is completely staffed with REAL himan beings… and provides 24/7 Exceptional customer service! And I fear I will run out of room before i have a chance to mention their unmatched prices along with a Spam Guard!!! It doesnt get better than this, Folks! And it is SUPER great for the children in your family cuz it provides a restrictive setting to protect children from being exposed to sites with harmful content! Thank you Darrel for treating me like a VERY valued customer! I have had a single line of service with Tello for 10+ years without EVER experiencing ANY problem! (Seriously!). So now I am happily adding a second line! Thank You again, Darrel.You ROCK! (And these comments are ALL True!).

Hugo was amazing! We've been having trouble with our phone ever since we got it. (We'... Hugo was amazing! We've been having trouble with our phone ever since we got it. (We're really NOT tech savvy.) We called and emailed multiple times, but had trouble getting a hold of someone. Hugo was very patient and explained everything step by step for us. It turned out to be something very simple to fix. Wonderful experience talking to him! I wish all customer service experiences were like that. Thanks, Hugo!
