I am with Tello now good few years and never had a problem. I travel a lot and my sim works fine while abroad especially when connected to Wifi calls and text work fine.

I just had the greatest customer service experience with Olivia at Tello. She was super helpful, patient, and kind in guiding me through the eSIM setup process after I had accidentally messed it up at the beginning and lost all phone connection. She made a very stressful situation an easy one to fix in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much!

Worth Every Penny

I travel to the USA a fair amount, having a dedicated US chip makes reservations, paying for parking and lifein general easier. Tello are amazing, I buy an E sim prior to leaving and it works wonders on arrival, I can even use it in the UK over WIFI to call and make reservations from the UK before I leave. It is the best circa £25 I spend while away, unlimited texts calls and 50GB of data. I still take my UK mobile but turn this off during the night and use my Tello mobile as an emergency number should I be needed urgently at an unreasonable hour.
