Perfect service for four years

We started using Tello several years ago, for two phones. We appreciate the low prices & the flexibility to personalize our plans to meet different needs for data. Never had a problem with Tello! They're trustworthy & reliable, and seem like really nice people.

I could not be happier with everything…

I could not be happier with everything I have experienced (so far) with Tello. Before I was a customer, the human-to-human on the telephone service was and remained nothing but outstanding during various calls as I was learning about becoming a new customer. The website and online communication were also very good. I was especially amazed when I had to delay my switching plans and Tello giving me a refund with no argument or issue after I had signed up, but got new information to hold me from completing the switchover for a couple of months. I look very forward to returning and will be singing Tello's praises to all who will listen. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Easy transition from Skype

I moved to Latin America from the U.S. and needed to keep a real U.S. number for banks, and my contacts. After researching options like Google Voice and eSIM providers, Tello was the best choice. I ported my Skype number, activated the eSIM on my iPhone, and now I have full service — calls, texts, and data. Thanks Tello!
