I have said many times before, I am 86 years old, but still drive and get around, so I only use my cell phone for emergencies. I could not afford phone charges with anyone else as I am on Social Security, but you make me feel safe..Thank you for all the old people who can afford you. Thank you so much for not being greedy.

I have no complaints about the service. Automatic low monthly and pay for additional usage is great.

I was returning to Tello service

I was returning to Tello service and had difficulty on the web to reconnect my phone. Rossio helped me reset things so I could complete my transaction. She was very Patient and kind and stayed with me to verify that everything was done correctly. I appreciate her help!
