Great customer service from Julia!

We have had two Tello lines for the past few years, and the service has been great. Recently we were in Brazil had some trouble getting my wife's phone to recognize the American Tello number to make and receive US calls, so we called Tello customer service to see if they could help. We were very fortunate to have gotten Julia Infante on the line! She was very patient, knew exactly what to do to fix our complicated problem, and everything is good! She is a real professional, and was also very pleasant to talk to. Great job Julia!

Dani is Tello's customer service gem!

A young woman named Dani was my customer service rep. She went over and above to help me with repeated phone calls until I had service and a new phone. Dani said she'd call back and she always did! I tried signing with another company before learning of Tello, and a guy said he'd call back and that call never came. That's usually the norm. So far, if Dani's extreme patience and professionalism are any indication, everything I read about Tello's customer service being exemplary, are true.
