What I really value about Tello, is that they make relationship and value together to be priority over anything else, and what I like most also is that they make it work so everyone can choose what plan works for them, rather than just presenting a package as an only option, marked up pricing with value before thoughtfulness of client needs, plus excellent customer service, which all is very commendable and appreciated. Best in class service rep

The customer service person (Alison Claros?) was so knowledgeable that she literally blew my mind. I have a scheduled payment at Paypal for my Tello account and it was applied to a secondary corporate PEX card instead of the preferred card B of A card. She walked me through the process of cancelling and re-adding a plan on Tello's site so I don't lose my service before she reversed my charges on the PEX card. She seems to a Tello and Paypal expert all at once. My far the best, first in class, rep that I've ever encountered.

Ordered wrong eSIM, great customer service!

I mistakenly bought an eSIM instead of a physical SIM card at first. I was worried about the problem, but Tello customer service responded very fast and solved my issue efficiently and patiently.
