Great Customer Support Reps, and friendly pricing!

I'll be honest: Tello didn't work out for me — but that's on the technical requirements, not on the company. I'm based outside the US and bought a plan hoping to activate the eSIM remotely. Turns out activation requires connecting to a US tower at least once, so if you're abroad with no US trip planned, this won't work for you. Keep that in mind before purchasing. That said, the way Tello handled it deserves five stars on its own. Their support replied fast, didn't give me any runaround, and processed my refund quickly and without any drama — something many companies could learn from. It's rare to see a provider treat a customer this fairly when the sale doesn't work out. If you live in the US (or can activate there first), I'd genuinely recommend Tello — affordable plans and a support team that actually cares. If I'm ever in the States, they'll be my first choice.

I called for help with my number transfer. The website was not very clear so I needed to talk to someone. I was quickly connected to Lucas and he explained the reason for the issues and walked my through all the steps to activated my eSIM and then complete my transfer. All of it over one phone call.
