Hassle free but the only complain I got is when it's time to renew you only run the card once so it makes it kind of a hassle to get that same card ran again but other than that coverage is great all and all pretty good service expecailly for the price

I've been using my service for over a year now. I have it in some of our less-demanding technology. I have not had service interruptions, but it has been a challange to get the PIN updated. they also see to change plans reguarly . because these two thing i gave them 4 stars

After several attempts to reach customer service on the phone, I finally got representative, Lucas Rodriquez, on the phone to assist me in completing my Tello phone setup. It was well worth the wait for the high quality of service he provided. He was professional, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable.
