I've had Tello for over two years when I changed over from Verizon. Tello has provided a great service with such a low monthly fees!! I had a few of my friends to change over to Tello as well. I've traveled overseas with Tello and no issues with using Tello. Recommend Tello to everyone!

Tello has made my phone service very affordable VS Tmobile. I get the opportunity to pick a new plan out every month and it does not put me out of budget. I have two lines with Tello and Im happy with the afforable service and plans. Thank you for your reasonable and affordable service.

Great Customer Support Reps, and friendly pricing!

I'll be honest: Tello didn't work out for me — but that's on the technical requirements, not on the company. I'm based outside the US and bought a plan hoping to activate the eSIM remotely. Turns out activation requires connecting to a US tower at least once, so if you're abroad with no US trip planned, this won't work for you. Keep that in mind before purchasing. That said, the way Tello handled it deserves five stars on its own. Their support replied fast, didn't give me any runaround, and processed my refund quickly and without any drama — something many companies could learn from. It's rare to see a provider treat a customer this fairly when the sale doesn't work out. If you live in the US (or can activate there first), I'd genuinely recommend Tello — affordable plans and a support team that actually cares. If I'm ever in the States, they'll be my first choice.
