It was a pleasure to speak with Darrel, who listened to my problem and helped me reactivate my Sim and port my number. He was so calm and humble that I don't see that quality very often. He spent 25 to 30 minutes on the phone with me without showing any frustration or unease. I wish I could thank him in person.
