Lucas saved the day by restoring my data. Now I make deliveries and keep making πŸ’°πŸ˜€

I had a issue with my phone that my data wasn't working from Friday to Monday of the week of the 24th. I spoke to about 15 different customer service people at tello. But none of them went out the way like Lucas did for me I had two phones and one of them was not compatible with a ESIM even though I was using a ESIM on it for a month. I also was in possession of a phone that did not have a SIM card but it was compatible with a SIM card but not a ESIM. Lucas suggested to me that he put a e sim on the initial phoneI was using but warned me that it was not a compatible device for either a ESIM or physical SIM. But since I had been using a ESIM in the first phone that was actually incompatible he warned me that it mine act unpredictable. So he issued me an esim for the uncompatible phone and it is working right now. In the meantime he ordered me a physical sim and gave me a coupon so I would not have to pay for it. When the physical SIM card reaches me I can put it in my compatible phone. Out of the 15 or so customer service reps I spoke to Lucas was the only one clever enough to come up with a win-win situation for me. A special team was supposed to email me and reach out to me about the problem but I never heard from them. But Lucas took his time really REALLY listened to the complexity of my problem and came up with him brilliant plan to execute me having data. He needs to get the biggest raise because I was about to go look for a different cell phone carrier. But he was like a knight and shining or armor. I hope tello recognizes how great of a customer service rep he is. Please give him a raise because he was on the phone with me for 15 minutes but he would not give up till he came up with a viable solution. Not just a viable solution but a long-term solution. Thank you Lucas you are the greatest ‼️

What's not to like?

Tello is great. Original setup was easy. That's important to me as I am a senior citizen. It just rolls along. No issues with coverage. I only use it for calls and texts, but's is reliable for that.

The best part of your customer service…is its responsiveness.

The best part of your customer service is the responsiveness. Verizon is hard to reach and when you do, they are unresponsive; not Tello. I think my trouble activating my phone on Tello was due to a failure in Verizon's cell towers and Tello might have realized that sooner. After a day of trying we succeeded, because Verizon's towers were awake again, I think.
