I called because I was having issues with my account due to my own error. I was so stressed and was honestly a mess. The agent that answered my call, Nicole, made me feel calm and ensured me she would do her best to sort out my account problems. She spoke clearly, allowed me time to find my additional info needed, and didn’t make me feel silly for making mistakes. I called for help with my number transfer. The website was not very clear so I needed to talk to someone. I was quickly connected to Lucas and he explained the reason for the issues and walked my through all the steps to activated my eSIM and then complete my transfer. All of it over one phone call.
