On the rare occasions when I have called tello the customer service has always been top-notch. Recently I had what I thought was an unusual request, and Fernanda handled it quickly and professionally. Once again thanks a lot.

Account Issues Resolved

I called because I was having issues with my account due to my own error. I was so stressed and was honestly a mess. The agent that answered my call, Nicole, made me feel calm and ensured me she would do her best to sort out my account problems. She spoke clearly, allowed me time to find my additional info needed, and didn’t make me feel silly for making mistakes. She was fantastic and was able to help me completely solve my issue from the other side of the world and in less than 10 minutes on the call. Thank you Nicole!!
