It was a pleasure to speak with Darrel, who listened to my problem and helped me reactivate my Sim and port my number. He was so calm and humble that I don't see that quality very often. He spent 25 to 30 minutes on the phone with me without showing any frustration or unease. I wish I could thank him in person. It also shows Tello hires the best people and is a great company to do business with, providing low-cost cell phone service.

We had a great experience with Mauricio as our Tello technical support person. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient with me as an older man. He solved my problem and called me to verify the situation had been resolved. I am pleased we decided to move forward with Tello as a multi country solution which is important to us as we travel. Highly recommended.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is…

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the payment process is a little funky. You can't just click a button and pay, you have to have your card on file and wait for it to auto pay, I would rather be able to click a button and pay immediately and see my receipt rather than wait for it to do it itself . That's just my opinion. Everything else is great ! Love the coverage, no complaints on anything else . Great price, too!
