The customer service person (Alison Claros?) was so knowledgeable that she literally blew my mind. I have a scheduled payment at Paypal for my Tello account and it was applied to a secondary corporate PEX card instead of the preferred card B of A card. She walked me through the process of cancelling and re-adding a plan on Tello's site so I don't lose my service before she reversed my charges on the PEX card. She seems to a Tello and Paypal expert all at once. My far the best, first in class, rep that I've ever encountered.

It was well worth the wait for the high quality of service he provided. He was professional, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable.
