We don't use a lot of data so we don't need it and don't have to pay for it just that simple if any one is reading this check it out and compare there plan with any other plan and see how they compair and remember they use sprint towers. I was having a bit of trouble trying to get my phone to work with Tello. I was trying to do everything by myself. After I spoke Tello, they were able to clear my doubts and activating my phone was very easy. Tello responded quick and made me comfortable asking my questions. I am using my Samsung Galaxy S10 unlocked phone with Tello. I have called family in domestically and internationally and the service is top notch. Given the COVID-19 situation we are living in, Tello's customer service is quick to answer unlike other companies that have kept me waiting on for a long time. Keep up the great work.

Surprisingly simple activation
I was very surprised at how simple it was to activate my old ZTE phone on Tello. I had just spent two weeks and two different SIM cards on Good2go mobile trying to get it to work. Gave up and ported my number to Tello and with in 10 minutes after finishing the port I had service and I didn't have to spend several hours trying to get service as I had on Good2go and Red Pocket. But on Red Pocket I did eventually get enough help to make it work. But Tello offered the same service plan for half the price of Red Pocket.
