They give me exactly what I need
I really like tello and its customer service department in the 2 years I've been a customer. I have had many occasions to call them, and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. They take as long as you need to answer questions. I recently went to London, which is outside their international service, and I was concerned about how I could use my phone. They offered me several alternatives, from downloading their app for outgoing calls, to unlocking my phone and getting a SIM card there to use, to just buying a cheap burner phone there. They are kind of like a tech-savvy friend I can call when I don't know what to do. They are SOOOO cheap, how can I not use them? Yes, I am not a phone snob, so I don't have to have the latest brand, but they give me exactly what I need. My service has always been fine anywhere I go; it seems to be other people who have fancy phones who tell me, oh, my phone is acting up. I never have that problem. Thanks, tello!

We have three phones on Tello!
We have three phones on Tello. We have never had an issue with any of them. Switching was easier than it has ever been and the billing is easy to understand with no date confusion.

Tello Great, Sprint Towers not so much
Tello itself gives great service, however, I've been having lots of trouble using my phone because there's no Sprint tower close enough to where I live.
Most days I have "no service." At night I can get as many as 2 bars. Once I got 3! During the day I can sometimes get as many as 2 bars if I don't touch my phone and use speaker. As soon as I touch the phone, it goes to one bar or "no service." My calls are either broken up or disconnected.
I was getting great service about a mile and a half from here at my former residence on top of a hill in the Worcester, MA, a fairly large city. Two months ago I had to move a short distance away, and that's when the trouble began. The building manager here explained that it's the towers, and only residents using Sprint towers have this trouble.
By the way, many of my texts are not delivered, and I have to keep re-sending them.
