Tello's Customer Service
I've been with Tello for about a year or so now.. I don't think I will be looking for another cell service provider, ever again !! I dig the fact the Tello has real people answer the phone when you call Customer Service.. (I don't have to hear for such & such press 3, for such & such press - this is where I would hang up from frustration). That right there is enough to keep me as a Loyal Customer.... (real people ANSWER the phone at TELLO... Not Automated) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that alone...
Now let me tell you this ----> EDITH who is a substantiated Customer Service Rep who works her tail off for Tello & their Customers, striving for success.. I had several issues (some my fault, some not) that I went over with Edith.. She took the time (who was very polite, professional, and a blessing by the way) to go over each issue with me, one at time and tackling the issues head on.. She fixed every single issue that I was having, with a smile 😆 I'm sure.. I was being kinda contemptuous when I called Tello's Customer Service and Edith answered the phone.. And even with me being a little truculent with her, she kept charging forward by helping me with fixing my issues, all while killing me with kindness & professionalism..
You're the BEST EDITH !!!!
TELLO you stand out like a tu*d in a punch bowl..
