I am SO glad I discovered Tello years ago! I haven't had any negative experiences with them. It's the way to go in my opinion. Any time I may have a question an actual "real person" answers the phone promptly. My plan averages $19.00 per month which includes unlimited talk and text. The auto draft is great and they will gladly send reminders prior to your due date to give you a heads up. There are no contracts and you may change your plan at any time without any hassles!

Tello is the best value phone service…
Tello is the best value phone service there is. I had to get rid of my Name brand phone service because the monthly charges were just too much. I tested out a few other value services by getting a phone for my teenager. I was really disappointed until I found Tello. I was worried because it seemed too good to be true, that it would be just like the VOIP services I sacrificed my son to, but now I know it's too good to pass up. I'm glad I didn't.

Competent, helpful and patient.
I was replacing a land line, dial up, tether on a 2001 XP, a 2004 XP and 2014 Win 7 at lowest usage possible. All worked on WIFI setup and Win 7 on tether also.
Previously; $18 ISP, $45 ATT local land line only and $18 for
another cell phone. The service I am using from Tello is under $15
About 5 calls, each time the people I talked to gave excellent service even when I had made mistakes. Most importantly they encouraged me to wait for the changes to occur.
Too much time spent working in 1/10s of a second and have trouble adjusting to seconds of wait. Definitely an error on my part not Tello's service.
This was not the normal way most use the service.
Interesting the XP units seemed to use about 1/2 that the Win 7 uses. All 3 were operated blocking the trackers, ads and anything not directly related to page accessed. No videos etc.
This enabled me to use the computer as an information source only.
For me after 2 months about 1.5 GB a month.
