Phone works great so far( Only had it for 3 days). Customer service was excellent in helping me get the phone activated and porting over my old phone number.
Suggestion- If Tello would have a FAQ on how to transfer data from OLD phone to NEW phone, that would be GREAT!!!
I have spent several hours trying to transfer my contacts, photos, bookmarks, etc. I still have not gotten all of it on new phone.

Light Years Ahead of Freedompop and Ting
I'll preface my review by stating that I was formerly a Freedompop customer for a period of 5 years. In July of 2019 Freedompop stated they were "upgrading their service" and I followed along with the upgrade and progressively lost service (ie lost data, then texts and then calls) after a week of trying to get any real support, I was informed that Freedompop was no longer supporting Sprint based customers and we were being moved to Ting (with no prior notification or consent, mind you). Even more shady on the part of both Freedompop and Ting, was that they implied that if I didn't complete the transfer to Ting that I would lose my phone number. I attempted to contact Ting after my phone refused to port over to their service and they told me to contact Freedompop and Freedompop reciprocated by telling me to contact Ting. Effectively my phone was trapped in limbo between the two and I went for over 3 weeks with no service of any kind whatsoever (couldn't even receive calls or text via wifi). So I decided to look up highly rated low cost MNVOs and Tello was near top of the list. After looking at their plans and pricing and reviews I really liked the Unlimited Talk, Text and 2GB LTE Data (plus unlimited throttled data) for $14, so I took a gamble and signed up with Tello to see if they could save my number and get my phone working again. They told me it could take up to 5 business days, but that seemed like a dream compared to the 3 week plus nightmare I had been dealing with. Less than 72 hours (3 days) later Tello sent me an e-mail stating I was ready and all I needed to do was reboot my phone. I did so and BAM, phone worked perfectly with no issues and has had better service than I had with Freedompop (unlike many I was actually paying for some services from Freedompop). The point is that Ting and Freedompop could learn more than a little from Tello in customer service. Once my wife's Promo deal with Ting ends she will be switching to Tello as well.

Quite amazing. I emailed customer service twice with questions and the responses were very fast. I am saving about $20/month with TELLO and the service is terrific.
