I've been through 4 MVNO's in 5 years. They either went out of business, had "creeping charges" that increased over time, changed their plans around mid-stream, etc. Tello has been the absolute best in quality, reliability, and cost. EZ to understand and monitor, no lost calls.. best Sprint MVNO out there. Two thumbs up. If I had another thumb, it would be 3 thumbs up.

Outstanding Customer Service Experience
First of all, I have several accounts with Tello. They're a great company and the service is excellent. The coverage is great as well. Customer service rep Carla helped me with an unlocking problem I had after I moved one number away from Tello. It was not even Tello's issue, yet she initiated a 3-way call and stayed on the phone for over an hour to help me out. She went above and beyond what is expected or required of a company. I would recommend Tello to anyone who wants affordable mobile phone service.

Incredible Value For Flip Phone Users
I am one of the minority that has not (and most likely never will) embrace smart phones. I was a satisfied Sprint customer for years, until I started being charged for data usage. I assume this was from sending and receiving an occasional picture. The charges were ridiculous, often doubling my low monthly bill.Out of aggravation, I started shopping for a better priced service to fit my usage. I found a few service providers that I had never heard of, including Tello. It seemed like a perfect fit. I activated an old phone on Tello to gauge the service, and, within a week I was convinced. I ported my old number, and left Sprint as a provider, but apparently use their network on Tello. I'm into my second month, and am completely satisfied.
I especially liked that Tello seems to be made for a person like myself. I definitely believe that if you want something done right, or at least to your personal satisfaction, you do it yourself. Tello seems to be a do it yourself service, from setting up the account to activating the phone. I had no contact with any representative from the company. I had a few problems with activation. I clicked on their help center, typed a few words, and was provided working answers. No texting, no navigating never-ending phone menus, very customer friendly.
The best part is their pricing. My bill has been cut to less than half of what I paid with Sprint. I don't know how they do it, but, their prices are the best. Maybe they save by not advertising, which would explain why I've never heard of them before. I hope to give them some help with that by spreading the word.
