I wanted to use a different credit card for payment on my account. And the written information was a bit confusing. So I called Tello to speak to a representative to get clarification. I only waited two minutes if that, to talk to a representative, and she not only clarified the process, but verified seeing the new credit card information on her end. I was thrilled that it could be solved so quickly! Thank you, Tello!

Tello has rewritten the rules about dealing fairly with customers.

The usual response from service companies like Tello is to keep the overpayment and deny any request for reimbursement. For Tello to immediately recognize that a refund was due and making adjustments to fairly address the problem is a new chapter in my personal dealings with service companies and I am very grateful for Tello's actions. I did not even have to request the action but instead Tello took the lead.
