Tello has flexible plans and great service.
Tello was a great fit for me and my cell phone needs. Had been on another web-based phone company plan for several years. Their plans were decent and their customer service was average. Then I came across Tello and I could tailor my own plan at less than what I was paying with the other web based company. The switch was made easy by Tello and the few times I have contacted them for either myself or for other family members their customer service is definitely above average. Have referred them to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.

I don't see why everyone and their brother doesn't use Tello. Tello saves me about 70% of my former cellphone bill, and I haven't noticed any difference in the usability of my phone or internet service.
I just think most people don't know about, or maybe, even believe it when they are told about Tello, like it's too good to be true.
I am not poor, but I'm sure people who are struggling economically are (or would be) overjoyed to find out about Tello.
Thanks Tello! I love your service, and you have saved me a bunch of money, and I will continue to tell my friends and family about you,
Going forward, I would advertise heavily to poor and lower middle class people. They are the ones that need it the most, and are most likely to switch their providers. Also, if you tell a person that is poor that they have to buy a new phone to switch to your service, because their current phone is not compatible, that would probably be a deal breaker. But, if you could offer a way to finance a new phone for them, where they could make monthly payments, I think that would be very attractive. And even if that person has bad credit, Tello is so affordable, that you could have confidence in their repaying of the phone because even with a monthly payment added to their Tello bill, it would still be cheaper than their old cellphone bill (if they are paying over $50 a month currently) and they get a new phone. That would be real attractive!
