I am NEW to Tello
I am NEW to Tello, so that being said, I also bought a new phone to go with the new cell service.
My phone is good, but..... since I had my old number ported in on my new phone and it was all OKed by Tello, I can't access the Tello.com website, not on my phone, nor on my pc.
I can access all other sites, as you can see here, by this review.
I just need to access my account page, and do all that needs to be done on anyone's account page, for anything.
If someone can help I would appreciate it.
I have sent an email to customerservice and am waiting a reply from them.
After this little glitch is resolved, I am sure I am going to enjoy my new experience with Tello and am looking forward to learning all about my new cell service and my new phone too.

Surprisingly simple activation
I was very surprised at how simple it was to activate my old ZTE phone on Tello. I had just spent two weeks and two different SIM cards on Good2go mobile trying to get it to work. Gave up and ported my number to Tello and with in 10 minutes after finishing the port I had service and I didn't have to spend several hours trying to get service as I had on Good2go and Red Pocket. But on Red Pocket I did eventually get enough help to make it work. But Tello offered the same service plan for half the price of Red Pocket.
