I previously gave this company a1 star rating, however, I have since been in contact with an extremely polite and patient call centre representative named Andy Andy talked me through step by step instructions, which although very involved, eventually resolved all my issues. I use the company frequently for travelling to the US and have always found them to be extremely professional and their call centre staff are first class.

I wanted to use a different credit card for payment on my account. And the written information was a bit confusing. So I called Tello to speak to a representative to get clarification. I only waited two minutes if that, to talk to a representative, and she not only clarified the process, but verified seeing the new credit card information on her end. I was thrilled that it could be solved so quickly! Thank you, Tello!

Mostly fine service, sometimes internet slow or doesn't work I mostly do email, text, calls, read news, been with tello for a few years and plan to stay with them a few more I think
