Tello is great

I've been using Tello for a year and have the same service with Tello (2 different phone lines) as I did with TM. BUT instead of spending $98 a month at TM, I spend $30 a month at Tello. The set up was a piece of cake because Tello instructions were clear and concise. I was able to port numbers with no problem. And the service level in my home is a bit better than it was with before. One time I needed assistance, I used Tello chat. I was picked up in under a minute and the problem was resolved in less than five minutes.

I'm living and working in China for over 13 years and gave up my US number long time ago. But it's hard to do my banking without a local number so I decided to shop for a plan. Tello offers the cheapest rate for SMS and wifi calling. Great deal for me just needed a number. I still use my local calling plan but I have my own US number now.

Account connection problem

I was having a problem with my cell phone connecting to my Tello acct to check my data usage. I called Tello Customer Service and the agent walked me through how to reconnect using a temporary Password. Fast, friendly effective service!!!!
