I left a poor review for tello at first because after purchasing the initial package online they kept my credit card hidden so I could not access my payments to change my card. But they have since resolved this and so I'm giving them 5 stars because these past 5 months the phone text and data service works very well 99 percent of the time. I'm very happy with the service and the improvements to their website

Tello is a great cell phone company. One of the many reasons is because their services have been, and still are, customer-focused. I've been with Tello for over 5 years, and we've not had any issues, which has really amazed myself and others. I speak with people about Tello all the time and encourage to give Tello a try!
