Our parent company, KeepCalling, has extensive experience in the telecom industry and has been providing calling services to millions of customers since 2002. So, we’re not a rookie after all! In 2016, in a partnership with a nationwide network, we had the chance to expand from international calls to providing full wireless service under the new brand, Tello.com. This pocket-friendly solution grew in a few years to hundreds of thousands of happy customers. Tello-tastic, right?

Three international offices. One Mission.

It all started with one man’s honest need to keep in touch with his loved ones while working abroad. Calling internationally was a pain back in 2002, but our CEO knew there had to be a better way. $100 and one brilliant idea later, a new phone service was born, centered around the idea of providing premium service at affordable prices. Staying connected should be a basic human right, not a privilege.

We took off the premium price tag for the premium wireless service, but we also took this pledge a step further. At Tello, there are no contracts, no misleading promos, no fine print. I called 3 times. The first time I called the fellow hung up accidently before I got ...

I called 3 times- Got Lucas the last time and He's the Best!!

I called 3 times. The first time I called the fellow hung up accidently before I got my new number so my phone wouldn't work at all! I borrowed a phone and called again. This lady gave me the new phone number but didn't walk me through how to get it working on my phone. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do and she said 'No'. Then I called using my friends phone one last time and Lucas answered. He needs to be in charge of teaching everyone how to handle changing a phone number. He is an Excellent customer service angel and helped me with the entire setup as well as, answered all my questions. I was able to receive and make calls after help with Lucas but not with the other two people. Thank you Lucas for helping me change my number and getting it to work. I had a scammer and I couldn't keep my old number. Blessings from Houston!

really good service for the price

I've been using my service for over a year now. I have it in some of our less-demanding technology. I have not had service interruptions, but it has been a challange to get the PIN updated. they also see to change plans reguarly . because these two thing i gave them 4 stars
