Our parent company, KeepCalling, has extensive experience in the telecom industry and has been providing calling services to millions of customers since 2002. So, we’re not a rookie after all! In 2016, in a partnership with a nationwide network, we had the chance to expand from international calls to providing full wireless service under the new brand, Tello.com. This pocket-friendly solution grew in a few years to hundreds of thousands of happy customers. Tello-tastic, right?

Three international offices. One Mission.

It all started with one man’s honest need to keep in touch with his loved ones while working abroad. Calling internationally was a pain back in 2002, but our CEO knew there had to be a better way. $100 and one brilliant idea later, a new phone service was born, centered around the idea of providing premium service at affordable prices. Staying connected should be a basic human right, not a privilege.

We took off the premium price tag for the premium wireless service, but we also took this pledge a step further. At Tello, there are no contracts, no misleading promos, no fine print. I love tello it's the best wireless company out there ! Many claim to be but no where...

Best wireless company out there....

I love tello it's the best wireless company out there ! Many claim to be but no where close . The customer service is friendly and you can't get a better deal so many company's claim unlimited data but it's only like 8gigs then it will slow down no you don't have no data left but for 20$ add 3 gigs I was spending 60-80$ a month with yellow the first three months was only 15$ for unlimited talk , text and data after that I pay 25$ a month 27$ w/tax. I've never lost signal I don't run out of data anymore you get 36 gigs for unlimited data . There's no contracts you can keep your number so why wouldn't you try it ? It's a win win all the way around if you don't like it switch back and pay more ! Best service I've ever had and I'm 60 other companies claim to be the best but you pay more for a name. It's better then any of them try it what do you have to lose.... with tello you save 300$ a year if you pay 50$ a month so why wouldn't you check it out ? Thank you Tello One Happy Customer

My VOIP disaster, saved by Tella.

I appreciate everything that everyone at Tella have done for me. My previous VOIP provider broadcast announced that they were shutting down all services and closing in 5 days. Shortly after, they closed their website and closed access to all online customer services. They recommended another VOIP service that looked even sketchier, and which offered a reward for each new customer referred. Since everyone affected was referred by the closing VOIP, I assumed that the first VOIP would get all those sweet referral fees for referring their customers. The second sketchy VOIP took my money and did not set up a phone number for me; also their support Chat Line did not open a chat page and their phone support was not available. Both the first and second VOIP services forced me to lose my primary phone number, which I've used for nearly 30 years, and which I used as an overseas expat. So, after researching "VOIP with the best service ratings", I signed up with Tella. Tella service has been spectacular; far exceeding my expectations. I'll be sure to recommend Tella to everyone who could use Tella's service.

Julia went far beyond and above all of my hopes and expectations. - My old VOIP service provider (VOIPO) emailed all their clients on the 1st to advise everyone that they are closing their doors on August 6th! (creating a 4 day Emergency!) - I took time to determine that I should sign up with Tello.com instead of the sketchy VOIP service my old provider recommended. - Julie helped me optimize Tello settings and is currently trying diligently to port my 20+year old phone number to work on Tello. (Fingers Crossed!)
