Can I pay off my purchase early if I pay with Affirm?
Sure you can! There’s no penalty for paying early. You can manage your payment and even pay off your device earlier from your Affirm account.

Can I return a device I bought with Affirm?
Yes, you can return any device purchased with Affirm by initiating the standard Tello return process.
If you need to return a phone purchased from Tello, please note that this can only be done within 30 days from the purchase date.
To proceed, contact our Customer Support team within this warranty period. They will help you ship the phone back to the provider free of charge. -
Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm?
To use Affirm, you must have a mobile phone number from the U.S. or U.S. territories. This is used to verify your identity and keep your account secure.
Updating Your Number- If you get a NEW number from Tello: You must update your phone number in your Affirm account settings before trying to sign in, otherwise, you may be locked out of security verifications.
- If you PORT your current number to Tello: No action is needed! Since your number stays the same, it will continue to work with your Affirm account just as it did before.
