I could not be happier with everything…

I could not be happier with everything I have experienced (so far) with Tello. Before I was a customer, the human-to-human on the telephone service was and remained nothing but outstanding during various calls as I was learning about becoming a new customer. The website and online communication were also very good. I was especially amazed when I had to delay my switching plans and Tello giving me a refund with no argument or issue after I had signed up, but got new information to hold me from completing the switchover for a couple of months. I look very forward to returning and will be singing Tello's praises to all who will listen. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Tello is the best!

What I appreciate about Tello is everything is easy. From the app to the website and everything in between. The reminder emails about payments due are a nice touch.

The services were immediate and was not delayed. The support system walked me through the process until the task was completed. Also, the support system was very kind, patient and encouraging and ensured that they would not leave until the process was completed.
