Tello has done everything right

Tello has done everything right. Tello has not copied or tried to reinvent the wheel. Tello just did it right. We thank you Tello! P.S. I recently purchased a new phone (NUU X10) from Tello, everything from purchase to activation, went smooth. We have 4 lines on Tello, 2 numbers ported and 2 numbers new. Our experience with Tello has been the best. Customer service A+. Again, Thank You Tello!

Tello works seamlessly travelling abroad

I have been using Tello for my second line and recently transferred my wife’s carrier from visible to Tello. We are retired and mostly use home WiFi, so usage is about 5-7 gig. Visible unlimited was not needed and her new Tello line included unlimited calls, texts with 10gig of data. But the real value is that Tello provides international roaming. It’s not free and one has to establish a payasyougo account, say $20. We were recently in Italy and normally purchase a regional eSIM for our primary data source. Here’s the gotcha, European eSIM cards do not work in Switzerland since they are not in the European Union. That’s where Tello comes in, when I needed data Tello worked seamlessly. Therefore enabled me to use google maps, WhatsApp and more. Granted Tello is a NVMO and not perfect. I currently combine the US mobile light plan, $96 per year, 2 gig, unlimited calls and texts, with Tello data only 5gig, 10month. Yes it’s a bit crazy pants but works
