Reliable service, unbeatable prices

Been using Tello for close to a year now and have had zero complaints so far. Everything works exactly as advertised. Great coverage, international calling, roaming with VoWiFi – it's the perfect combination for people travelling frequently who would like to adjust their phone plan depending on changing needs.

I LOVE Tello !!!

I LOVE Tello ! We have had Tello for over 4 yrs. and you can't beat the price ! We set it up to automatically debit our checking account each month and never gave billing another thought! We have the same service we had with the big providers but at a fraction of the cost. Plus we have unlimited talk, text and data. When you are on a fixed income you get smart about your expenses. Not only is the cost terrific and the service first rate but we did NOT have to buy new phones as ours were compatible with Tello's system. All we did was change out the SIM card and activate our phones......we even kept our old phone numbers, MAJOR PLUS ! If you are concerned about coverage, my daughter lives in rural Kentucky and I have never had loss of service. I HIGHLY recommend senior citizens or anyone that wants top rate service without breaking the bank to switch to Tello! You'll be happy you did!

We have been with Tello for almost 2 years now. The pros: we haven't had any service interruptions and I can email support and not be stuck on the phone all day. I have as good of coverage as I did with AT&T. Cons: sometimes the data does not penetrate into certain buildings where I had coverage before and the unlimited plan is not really unlimited. I thought it was supposed to just slow down at certain limit, but we were charged for 1 GB of data on the unlimited plan.
