I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!

Tello is definitely the best carrier that I've ever had. I have no plans on changing....

Tello is definitely the best carrier that I've ever had. I have no plans on changing. Their support is incredibly good. The only couple of times I actually needed it, but almost everything is explained on the website. It's so easy to get your phone hooked up with Tello and the rates are less than half of what anybody else charges for the same thing.

I was dumped by google fi while overseas and their usual outsourced horrendous CSR's are just a pack of lies, despise the company. Found Tello and had super low expectations, thought usual crap. I was 100 per cent wrong. Service staff and support has been 10 stars out of 5. I have ADHD and most csr calls are a nightmare of frustration, Tello the absolute opposite. Fantastic staff and each as helpful as the next. Very impressive, live people with a no problem can do attitude, have my US number and very grateful.
