I am a Tello customer. My old Samsung phone was no longer working. So I decided to buy a new one but I didn't know what kind of phone to buy that is compatible with Tello. I talked with Mauricio and he spent a long time with me on the phone searching for one that worked for me. I told him I am a 75 y.o. grandma. Julia went far beyond and above all of my hopes and expectations. - My old VOIP service provider (VOIPO) emailed all their clients on the 1st to advise everyone that they are closing their doors on August 6th! (creating a 4 day Emergency!) - I took time to determine that I should sign up with Tello.com instead of the sketchy VOIP service my old provider recommended. - Julie helped me optimize Tello settings and is currently trying diligently to port my 20+year old phone number to work on Tello. (Fingers Crossed!)
