Great customer support

Great customer support! I was charged in accordance with my plan which i failed to cancel. I sent a request to reimburse me the charged amount because i was outside of the US and could not use the service. No extra questions were asked, the charge was reimbursed within an hour from my request. This is a clear sign of customer care and high level of ethics and efficiency. They could leave the charge and cancel it form the next month because i failed to cancel my plan, but they reimbursed me. This is how businesses should be. Great company!
