Friendly to people who actually travel

First of all, Tello didn't ask me to write this review. They didn't put up banners or popups or send me emails unlike a certain bank which I probably can't name here. I used to use Mint Mobile and as someone who travels overseas, you simply cannot log into the Mint Mobile app, website while overseas and I used to play the VPN game and still couldn't get in. Because Mint doens't think Americans travel apparently. Well I finally had it and at the recommendation of ChatGPT, decided to give Tello a try. Instantly Tello advertises itself as a service for people who actually travel abroad. Because people need to be able to use their credit cards overseas and receive text messages. Tello gets this and the whole setup was very fast and efficient. I was then able to confirm Chase/Capital One was actually able to text me as needed. I love Tello's pricing and its 1/3 the price of Mint with add on pricing that allows you to roam as well. So far their app/website did not mind I am travelling overseas and let's hope they don't do what Mint does. Excellent service Tello!

Excellent customer service. Associates are respectful and professional. Their customer service is excellent inside the US and overseas. They are prompt and they make sure to have any issues resolved in the shortest amount of time, usually on the same day. Highly recommend this service provider.
