Do my phone plan minutes/data roll over from one month to another?
Any unused minutes or data will be lost after 30 days, when your prepaid plan is automatically renewed. However, they roll over ONLY if you manually renew or change your plan before the end of your current billing cycle and ONLY if the new plan contains the services that you previously had. For example, the minutes & data of your current plan will roll over if the new plan has minutes & data. However, if you decide to buy data only, the minutes will not roll over.
How am I charged for Mexico, Canada or China calls if I have a prepaid plan?
If you have an active prepaid plan with talk included, we'll deduct the number of minutes used to call Mexico, Canada and China from your phone plan balance.
Can I call Mexico, Canada and China with the minutes included in my prepaid plan?
Yes, you can! Once you finish your call, we'll deduct the number of minutes used to call Mexico, Canada and China from your phone plan balance.

Best plans and prices
Customizable plans, unbeatable prices, and no contracts... the perfect combo for me! My Tello plan covers only what I need at a cost I can't find anywhere else. Plus, I can completely change my plan any month. I only wish I had a little bit more cellular service reception where I am, but since that's Sprint's responsibility, that doesn't reflect Tello and its services.

It's been really good
It's been really good - good service experience, much lower cost. My only reservation for giving it 5 stars is that I still on occasion have issues with text messages coming on time, or phone calls that seem to go straight to voice mail. This really could be an issue with the network itself in my area. But overall it works really well.

Never mind the ad campaigns - Tello is the best.
My only complaint is that I live in a rural area with poor service, but that applies to ALL carriers. I’ve tried Verizon, ATT, Total Wireless, Ting and Tello - Tello has the BEST selection of plans, prices and customer service. I recommend them unhesitatingly.
