Once again, Tello customer service gets 5 stars. Maurice was polite, professional and patient as we worked through a process to improve our service. Sometimes technology doesn't work as it's supposed to...but when we contact customer service.... we get friendly, focused folks who want to help. Thank you, Maurice. Easy & Flexible

Very competitive plans -- and very flexible. If I'm about to travel I might go for 'unlimited' one month and if I'll be at home (and mostly on WiFi) I can opt for a cheaper plan with less data. You can save a little on voice minutes too by dialing it down to 300 minutes if not a big talker. Sometimes the T-Mobile coverage in my area isn't as good as AT&T, but I can't fault Tello for that.

I have used many other carriers. This is the best service for me. I do a lot of remote work in rural areas. The T-Mobile networks. I have them as my main carrier. I use the Tello service for my laptop. I have used it in many remote areas an I have always had good service. I have always gotten good support via email. I have seen up to 800gb bandwidth. I normally get 80 to 250gb all the time. I am a computer user who has to use powerful computers that require 86X programs. Not an ARM Snapdragon processor. I love the upgrade to buy more data when needed since my requirements vary.
