I get great reception and customer support for a very low price. Recently, I told a young person what I pay, and she replied, "Oh, you must have a flip phone!" She was amazed that I have a smart phone with lots of memory for less than many folks pay for a flip phone. And I was able to upgrade recently to a better phone for a reasonable price. Mishelli was friendly and HELPED me-though I still don't know the CAUSE of my service disruption-I had no gmail the next day on my TELLO device -it took me 45 minutes tpf angst to fix this-I am 67-but would have been lost without Mishelli's help-in BOTH spanish AND english!! Gracias a DIOS!
